By using Flycell's Tell a Friend service you are giving Flycell permission to e-mail an invitation on your behalf to another party to view a product on our Web site. Doing this infers willful presumption on your part that said party will not oppose receiving such a message. Spamming will not be tolerated. Spamming includes, but is not limited to, providing e-mail addresses from mailing lists and public forums, and submitting the same e-mail address repeatedly. Finally, Flycell offers no premiums or discounts for submitting a pre-set quantity of e-mail addresses. Please practice responsible use.
Flycell processes names and e-mail addresses only for the purposes of Tell a Friend. Neither your name nor your friend's name and e-mail address is stored or used for any other purpose. Flycell strictly adheres to the U.S. safe harbor privacy principles of Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access, and Enforcement.
