How do I download something from the Web site?
When you find something you want to download, click the blue GET IT button. (If you're not logged in you'll be prompted to enter your phone number and password.) Next, click the SEND IT NOW button and we'll text your phone with a download link.

How do I download something using my phone?
Open the Internet browser on your phone and enter go.flycell.com. There you'll find the same selection as our Web site, including ringtone and wallpaper previews. Use the text-based navigation to browse, then download when you find something you like.

I didn't get a text message with the download link.
First, make sure your phone has wireless Internet and text messaging enabled. A phone receives a text message like a voice call, but products like ringtones and wallpaper are transmitted via wireless Internet. The two most likely possibilities you didn't receive a text message from us containing the download link are:
  • Your carrier is experiencing temporary network congestion, which will make receiving a text message take longer than you're accustomed.
  • You may have entered your phone number incorrectly on the product page.
In any case, wait one hour before ordering again.

The download worked, but I can't find it on my phone.
Your phone may not have enough memory to save a download. Deleting unused content, like ringtones and wallpaper, will free up memory.

Also, on some phones you have to confirm saving a download in order to keep it. If you're unsure how your phone works in this regard, contact your carrier for technical support.

Finally, check all possible areas where your phone might save downloads. Such locations vary according to carrier and phone model. If you're unsure how your phone works in this regard, contact your carrier for technical support.

Is there a charge to download from Flycell?
Flycell charges only for the price of its products. However, your carrier may charge you for receiving text messages and data transfers. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
to top

Will my downloads expire?
No. One of the benefits of buying content for your cell phone at Flycell is everything you download is yours to keep as long as you want. Some carriers who sell their own content put "expiration dates" on items like ringtones and wallpaper, and after a set number of weeks or months it's automatically deleted from your phone.

Which carriers does Flycell support?
Currently we support AT&T, T-Mobile, Nextel, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Alltel, Boost, and Cellular One. However, not all carriers (and not all phones) support all content. Go to Check My Phone to see which products your combination of carrier and phone model supports.
to top

Does my phone need to support wireless Internet?
Yes, in fact, on most phones wireless Internet is usually enabled by default.
to top

What products will work on my phone?
Go to Check My Phone to find out. (Also, Flycell will let you know if you try to buy an incompatible product.)

My phone model isn't on your list.
Visit Customer Support and we'll add it ASAP. (You'll need to tell us your carrier, too.)

I don't know my phone model name or number.
If you know the brand, e.g. Motorola, Nokia, and your carrier, go to Check My Phone and enter that info. Also, a model number appears under the phone's battery - remove your battery case to find it.

I forgot my password.
Go to the Login page and click the Forgot Your Password? link. Enter your cell phone number and we'll text you a new password immediately. Use that password to log in.
to top

Where can I see which package(s) I'm subscribed to?
Click the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the site, then enter your cell phone number and site password. After logging in you'll see your Account Summary, with a list of all your active subscriptions.
to top

Can I request something?
Yes! In fact, a few of our best-selling products were once customer requests. Go to our Support page and let us know what you'd like to see.
to top

Currently it is not possible to do so.
to top

Can I buy a subscription for someone else?

to top

How do I cancel a subscription?

to top

Do I need a credit card to use Flycell?

to top

When am I billed?

to top

Am I charged for text messages?
