Aubrey Graham, aka Drake, started off as an actor, but he quickly gained popularity in rap/hip hop circles when his mixtape started buzzing on his website and Myspace. Drake then started to work with other hip hop, R&B, and pop artists like Young Money, Robin Thicke, Trey Songz, Mary J. Blige, and Jamie Foxx. During the week of July 4th, 2009, Drake had his first two top 10 hits in the same week. He was only the second artist ever to achieve this feat. The first was Nelly Furtado. After signing with Young Money Records in 2009, Drake began touring with Young Jeezy, Souja Boy, Jeremih, and Pleasure P. He was replaced later in the tour by Chris Brown after falling off the stage and needing surgery. Drake was also rumored to be in a relationship with Rihanna, though both denied it.
